5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders.
6. Arrange dispatch with appropriate carriers.
7. Ensure clearance for goods by liaising with carriers.
8. Respond to any customer or order enquiries.
9. Assist with shipping and any required documentation.
10. Providing excellent customer service in all interactions.
11. Adhering to company policies and procedures in all tasks.
12. Using order processing systems effectively and efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Order Processing & Shipping Coordinator Team Member should have:
13. A keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
14. Prior order processing, or customer service experience - export or shipping knowledge would be desirable
15. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
16. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
17. A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
