Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, our Chef de Partie will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about delicious fresh food and great service. Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, where our Chef de Partie will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to delivering consistent, beautiful dishes as part of London's most loved dining experience.
