Business Growth Manager – Up to $100K base + bonus/incentives
Amicus has recently partnered with an exciting Web3 start-up who are building a fast and cost-effective EVM-based blockchain.
They are currently searching for a Business Growth Manager to identify and close business deals and partnerships that align with their company goals.
Responsibilities:
* Identify business opportunities and partnerships that align with company goals.
* Drive deals to closure, maintain relationships, manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
* Support the development of their ecosystem by actively sourcing, onboarding and supporting aligned projects.
* Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, partners and strategic initiatives with clear categorization based on partnership size, priority, and pipeline.
* CRM management – accurate tracking, reporting and business development insights.
* Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored for Web3.
* Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and prospects to refine product offerings and market positioning.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a business development role in the Blockchain space.
* Experience in start-ups and setting up BD processes from scratch.
* Proficiency in explaining complex concepts to prospects.
* Strong network of Web3 contacts.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and growth strategies for Web3 projects.
* Must be located in European or Asian timezones.
Benefits:
* $80K-$100K base salary.
