The Marketing Executive is required to support the group nationally with design and digital initiatives to continue our brand development as a leading independent professional service provider. Working closely with our content plans you will be responsible for delivering outputs and managing their effectiveness. The specific duties and responsibilities will include:- Design, produce and develop marketing collateral across digital and print-based platforms including decks, brochures, adverts, infographics, social assets, branded collateral and more using Canva and Adobe Suite. M anage and develop the internal asset library across the group. Manage photo and video content across assets, website and social platforms. Design input into email campaigns across marketing and events activity. Manage and maintain group websites using Webflow and WordPress, working with external consultants as appropriate. Responsible for SEO activity. Manage online enquiries and track outcomes. Oversee all digital listing platforms. Support and develop internal communication platforms in particular SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Suite. Report marketing activity results and KPIs across social, website and digital platforms to input recommendations across the group. Ad hoc support across the marketing team as required. Some travel across the UK to various office locations for meetings and team collaboration will be required Skills Required A minimum of 1 years proven experience working in a marketing role in professional services/similar environment, delivering design assets and managing digital channels Experience using design packages including Adobe Creative Suite & Canva Experience using Wordpress Experience using Webflow Experience of working with multiple stakeholders Experience reporting on marketing KPIs Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business Self-motivated, flexible and solutions focused Proven ability in designing high quality audience focussed materials on and offline Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and optimise content for readability and engagement Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions What we will give you Salary commensurate with experience 2 5 days holiday statutory public holidays Contributory Pension Scheme (3% company contribution) Flexible benefit and well-being schemes Enhanced Sick pay scheme Enhanced Family Friendly Policies, including enhanced Maternity pay 36.25 hour working week Birthday Leave 2 giving back days per year Learning and Development Leonard Curtis has a wealth of resources available to help you develop your career from the moment you join.
