Reporting into the Head of Digital Healthcare, you will work across our Digital and Healthcare business to develop a digital health strategy. The Digital Strategist at Boots interprets the complex macro trends in digital health, and turns this insight into strategic action to improve our growth. You'll align the transformation plan across pharmacy prescriptions, services, retail and content. And you'll be the person main to shape and advocate the digital healthcare requirements as we revamp our omnichannel proposition and technology. We're on the hunt for a well versed strategists who can use their knowledge of e-commerce, marketing and technology to successfully move us forward. Key responsibilities: Tell compelling stories through effective presentations, propositions and briefs, to create understanding of the digital healthcare strategy with the broader business healthcare and digital strategies Support with digital healthcare business cases and define & model the KPI benefits that support ongoing commercial performance Collaborate and lead product, IT and business teams to drive out Digital Healthcare requirements and ensure they're effectively prioritised as we revamp the proposition and platforms, as part of a larger transformation program Understand and champion industry trends and latest technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital healthcare innovation. Focus on creating an integrated customer journey across all digital healthcare touchpoints,, to ensure a seamless and convenient experience for customers What you’ll need to have You will have a strong understanding of the health and wellness industry, and a passion for using technology and digital solutions to improve customer experience and health outcomes. You understand, through experience, how digital excellence comes to fruition in organisations, and how the various players, including product, UX, engineering, commercial and operations all play a part. A background in digital or marketing planning, customer insights/data or IT transformation would be advantageous.
