Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic and expanding team within our Aerospace Division. This role combines technical leadership with strategic growth, offering the opportunity to shape the development of world-class aerospace systems. You'll oversee a team of 4 engineers with plans for further growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of Systems Engineers, supporting their professional growth and contributing to team expansion.
Technical Expertise: Lead requirements management, system architecture development, and integration activities using tools like DOORS and Cradle. Preference for experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with SysML.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to deliver cutting-edge aerospace solutions aligned with project goals.
Adaptability & Culture: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Project Support: Oversee design reviews, lifecycle processes, and system integration for critical aerospace applications such as refueling and actuation systems.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or equivalent role.
At least 3 years of experience managing a team and delivering systems engineering outputs.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Proficiency with tools like DOORS, MBSE, SysML, or CAMEO.
Experience with full product lifecycle processes and design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
Background in the aerospace or defence industry (candidates with transferable skills are welcome).
