As a Fintech Product Manager at our client, you will work with engineers, designers, financial experts, and business leaders to deliver fintech products that meet market demands and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Define Product Vision and Strategy:
o Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for new fintech solutions, aligned with business goals and customer needs. You’ll create roadmaps that prioritize features, functionality, and long-term strategic initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams toward successful launches.
2. Lead Product Development from Concept to Launch:
o Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and deployment. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product launches that resonate with customers.
3. Conduct Market Research and Gather Customer Feedback:
o Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and risks. You’ll engage directly with customers, gather feedback, and translate their needs into actionable product features that enhance user experiences.
4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
o Work closely with developers, financial experts, and marketing teams to bring products to life. You’ll ensure that everyone is aligned with the product vision and strategy, and you’ll break down complex features into clear, achievable tasks.
5. Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Security:

6. Drive Product Performance and Optimization:

Requirements
Required Skills:
* Fintech Product Expertise: Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including payments, digital wallets, mobile banking, cryptocurrency, and investment platforms. You’re experienced in launching successful financial products that meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
* Product Management: Proven track record in product management, from ideation to launch, with experience using product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. You’re skilled in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional teams.
* Customer-Centric Mindset: Expertise in gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable product features. You understand how to balance user experience with technical and regulatory constraints to create impactful products.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong experience in using data and metrics to guide product decisions and optimize features. You know how to track KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and make improvements based on customer insights and market performance.
* Regulatory and Security Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, GDPR) and best practices for ensuring secure financial transactions. You’re able to integrate compliance into the product development process seamlessly.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Financial Technology (FinTech), or a related field. Equivalent experience in fintech product management is highly valued.
* Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or related credentials in product management or fintech are a plus.
Experience Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing fintech products or services.
* Experience working with financial technologies, including APIs, digital wallets, and payment systems, as well as a strong understanding of fintech security and compliance.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and legal, to deliver products on time and within scope.
