Manage and track all sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring efficient sales processes and clear pipeline management. Lead all stages of the sales cycle, including proposals, bidding, and negotiations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications / Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, material handling solutions, or a similar field
* Strong strategic sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing
* Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and account management
* Team-oriented with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Salary & Benefits:
* £38,000 - £40,000 + £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
