The NHS is seeking a Junior Development Trainer to join our dynamic training team, where you will play a crucial role in the professional development of our staff. This is a York based role, but you will have the opportunity to work across sites in Scarborough and other locations.
You will be joining the team at a very exciting time, where we will play an integral part in training all our staff to use a newly procured Electronic Patient Record (ePR). So, if you have a passion for continuous development and want opportunities to broaden your skills, this is the team to join!
You will have a full 12-week induction plan, that will enable you to develop a good level of knowledge on our ePR IT system, other 3rdparty systems and a range of software, including MS teams and other MS products.
You will be answering a range of queries from our service users, both digitally, over the phone and face to face. Building up your skills and knowledge to enable you to deliver a range of face to face and virtual training sessions. That will enable our users to deliver an excellent level of patient centred care.
Your role will be varied, challenging in parts, but an exciting opportunity for you to develop your interpersonal skills, training knowledge and skills.

· Knowledge or experience in healthcare is beneficial but not essential.
