About the role:
We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at Bray Leino. In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering innovative and impactful social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients in the consumer and B2B spaces.
As a pivotal part of our team, you will manage end-to-end social media execution, from ideation and content creation to ad planning and reporting. You’ll also play a consultative role with clients, guiding them to achieve their social media objectives while supervising and developing junior team members.
With experience in social media, you’ll bring strategic vision, creative thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure every campaign shines.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation of social media strategies across a diverse range of clients, both in consumer and B2B sectors.
* Provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients for achieving their social media objectives.
* Analyse and report on both paid and organic social media performance, offering insights for future strategy.
* Set up and manage paid social campaigns, including audience building, content boosting, and optimization in collaboration with senior team members.
* Actively contribute to client briefs, ensuring clarity and asking the right questions to meet client needs.
* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, demonstrating strong management skills.
* Delegate tasks and projects to team members to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns.
* Encourage creativity and innovation, guiding the team to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
* Manage budgets for social media campaigns, ensuring all financial processes are followed accurately.
* Contribute to new business pitches by generating ideas, drafting proposal documents, and presenting concepts with confidence.
