About the role
Your role will never be the same day to day - there will be fast turnarounds and new initiatives to add your personal touch to, and you will gain exposure to every aspect of the People function; working with recruitment, HR partners, policy leads, and reward teams. You will be solution-focused, ready to get involved, and adapt as the business grows and matures. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week.
Reporting to the People Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Owning our people data; you will maintain our HR systems ensuring we have accurate information at our fingertips.
* Supporting new projects and initiatives to elevate our processes.
* Reviewing current processes and implementing changes - always challenging the status quo to provide a world-class people function.
* Supporting our HR Advisory team with Employee Relations cases, advising our managers on people issues.
* Providing HR administration support and advice to employees and managers.
* Explaining policies and processes in a clear manner, ensuring compliance in all areas.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a similar position within a similar industry.
* Employee relations experience.
* Collaborator, someone who excels working with different departments and at all levels.
* A curious, learning mindset with a proactive focus on process improvement opportunities to make things better or simpler for the business and our people.
* Highly confidential and accurate in performing all essential duties.
* Knowledge of Workday HCM.
