Sustainability Consultant or Senior Consultant (Energy)
Bournemouth
£45k - £55k basic
Our client, who has a global presence, is looking for a creative and driven Consultant or Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their Sustainability Team. The role is based in Reading, in a hybrid role attending the office 3 days per week.

The role
1. Modelling and analysis, including building performance simulation, operational energy use, and overheating.
2. Supporting on energy strategies, leading sustainability innovation on a number of developments.
3. Supporting the development of holistic Sustainability Strategies.
4. Assist in the delivery of environmental assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc.) from early design stages through to completion.
You will ideally have experience in:
1. Energy strategies.
2. Building Regulations Part L assessments using Elmhurst and IES.
3. In-Use energy modelling and assessment.
4. Dynamic modelling for thermal comfort assessments and overheating risk assessments.
5. Production of and support of planning submissions.
6. Net zero carbon strategies.
7. Experience working within the built environment sector.
8. Already working within a sustainability or engineering consultancy, you will be looking for a new challenge within a practice at the very forefront of our field.
