In short, we help organisations to create a place that their people love to work, through a full range of outsourced HR solutions. Our services cover the full employment lifecycle including recruitment, HR advice, HR administration, training, people strategy and everything in between. We’ve just launched some fantastic changes to our HR support service, making it even more efficient for our team and our clients – and THAT is where you come in We've got the clients We've got the HR support products We just need you We're building a team of HR experts who will be on hand to advise our clients and help them navigate their way through a variety of people challenges, anything from performance issues, to grievances, to sickness, maternity/paternity, flexible working, redundancy and so on This role is an excellent opportunity to really build your experience in providing HR advice to stakeholders; the variety of businesses we work with means there’s plenty of opportunity to get to grips with different sectors and cultures and will stand you in great stead for your future HR career. The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below: You'll be a people person (and love talking) You'll have tremendous confidence on the phone (and MS Teams) You'll be (almost) as cool, hip and fun as the rest of us You'll have read this job description and thought "OMG this is the job for me" You'll have a super solid foundation in providing expert HR advice You’ll work at pace and be happy to be busy busy busy You'll be hungry for professional growth and development You'll be motivated to provide the very best service possible You'll be reliable, hard-working and all the usual stuff too PLUS: you definitely WON'T be a mood-hoover – you’ll have positive energy that radiates from you WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: 8:45am : Cruise into Stratford upon Avon and park at the nearby multi-storey, then make the 5 minute walk to the office (it’s good to get those steps in). 8:55am : Chit Chat with colleagues by the cake/coffee station. 9:01am : Log on, see what’s in your HubSpot inbox and respond to any replies from clients. 9:20am : Team meeting with the HR Squad to plan for the day (I said we were cool). 9:40am : Get prepped for the HR support you need to provide that day. 10:00am : Client call via MS Teams to help them through an employee issue 10:30am : Follow-up with any written support/advice and update HubSpot 11am : Did someone say coffee and cake at the office bar? 11.15am : Some more HR support calls 11:45am : Send follow-up info to your last client and update the system. 11:00am : Blast through your inbox which will probably have some email advice to be provided, perhaps writing some HR policies for clients 12:30pm: LUNCH (get out a take a walk in beautiful Stratford) 1:30pm: HR support call and follow-up time again 2.30pm : Blast through some more HR support emails 3:30pm: Start working on creating a client’s employee handbook (time to get creative – but don’t worry we have lots of tools to make this nice and simple) 4:30pm: Check everything is up-to-date in HubSpot with all the brilliant work you’ve done today & Log off, enjoy an end of day cocktail/mocktail with colleagues, or head home every day will be different and you'll be largely responsible for your schedule Want to know more?
