Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bolton

Hourly rate From: £12.25
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: Part-Time
Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week
Rota: 3 weekly rolling rota (1 in 3 weekends)
Responsibilities:
Admissions: Setting up electronic and paper files/folders
Updating notice boards with relevant information
Managing and updating weekly admissions and discharges lists
Producing bed occupancy reports
Printing and maintaining stock of necessary paperwork
Labelling client equipment
Coordinating communication between departments
Assisting social workers with generating contracts and standard letters
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Familiarity with Liquid Logic or similar systems
Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
