If you want to be part of something special, in a company that's growing but won't get too big, this could be the perfect fit for you What You'll Be Doing: General Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing office maintenance, replenishing stock, and ensuring the workspace is well-organised and efficient. IT Management: Acting as the point of contact for our IT outsourcing provider, ensuring systems are running smoothly, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Fleet Management: Overseeing the company cars, coordinating servicing, and handling related logistics. Construction Site Setup: Coordinating and supporting the setup of new construction sites, including equipment, supplies, and resources. Managing Software Systems: Administering our key software systems to ensure smooth integration across the company's operations, from project management to accounting. Raising Purchase Orders: Taking charge of the purchase order process, ensuring items and materials are ordered and processed in a timely manner. What We're Looking For: Strong experience in administration and office management or a similar role, ideally within a professional office environment. A highly organised individual who thrives in a varied and fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in managing IT systems or acting as a liaison with outsourced IT support. Ability to take on a wide range of tasks, from software systems to site logistics and office management. A proactive attitude, with the ability to spot issues before they become problems and tackle them head-on. Knowledge of raising purchase orders and managing office supplies.
