Position: Business Analyst
Suitable for: Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst with 4 years business analysis and life assurance experience
Location: Isle of Man – candidates must be willing to relocate. This is 100% onsite.
Salary: to £45k + bens

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with approx. 4 years business analysis experience as well as life assurance sector experience.
Business Analyst Essential Skills:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or similar
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in the life assurance sector
* Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation and report writing skills
* Must be great at building relationships at all levels
* Previous experience of business case definition, business requirements / user requirements elicitation and documentation, delivering business improvements and efficiencies
Business Analyst Desirable Skills:
* Currently hold or studying towards BCS International Diploma in business analysis (or similar)
Business Analyst responsibilities:
Working within the Business Change team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades, including:
* Business case definition
* Data analysis
* Business requirements elicitation and documentation
