Job Title: Cluster General Services manager
Location: Main site is Wrexham, occasional travel to Deeside and Rugby
Salary: Up to £40,000
As a General Services Manager at Sodexo, you are a resilient and driven leader, dedicated to managing the delivery of multiple Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services to various client stakeholders. What you’ll do:
• Manage the on-site contract and all services to agreed standards, ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and contract performance
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver the highest quality of service
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, identifying growth opportunities and client retention strategies
What you bring:
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders/clients
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
• Driven with a strong attention to detail and a desire to make change happen
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret financial information
• Previous experience in operational management within a similar environment
