We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team and support our students in their educational journey. As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant in an SEN school, you’ll work closely with experienced teachers to support children with autism in both their learning and personal development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting in the delivery of engaging, tailored lessons that cater to individual learning needs Providing 1:1 and small group support during classroom activities Helping to manage sensory needs and support students with their behavioural challenges Supporting students' social, emotional, and personal growth Collaborating with a wider team of staff to create a positive, structured learning environment Requirments: Experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting A caring, patient, and proactive attitude Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students A passion for helping children with special needs reach their full potential Flexibility and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, ever-changing environment An enhanced DBS on the update service.
