About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Workforce Planning Expert to join our team at HMRC.
The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis from one of our Regional Centres and will be responsible for providing strategic workforce planning across the HR profession.
The role offers a unique perspective and provides thought leadership and frameworks necessary to make a real difference at an organisational level.
You will be responsible for planning for the future needs of the organisation, taking into account factors such as talent management, succession planning and diversity.
The estimated salary for this role is £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies
* Providing strategic workforce planning advice to senior stakeholders
* Leading and managing projects to deliver business outcomes
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
