Due to unprecedented demand they wish to recruit a Senior Marketing Executiveto join their busy team and to undertake marketing/design projects for the benefit of the company. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-oriented marketer who is ready to lead key initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, creating engaging, professional content that aligns with the brands messaging. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and promote products effectively. Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to optimise performance. Create compelling and innovative content for social media, e-brochures, and marketing campaigns. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms and materials. E-Brochure Development: Take ownership of the monthly e-brochure, ensuring it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and customer-friendly. Liaise with brands to secure compelling offers and promotions to feature in the e-brochure. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the e-brochures layout is on-brand, visually striking, and effectively showcases products. Develop a strategy to increase awareness and adoption of the e-brochures interactive shopping feature, driving sales and engagement within store RDS Tradeshow Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of presence at the RDS Tradeshow in May. Work with internal and external teams to create attractive offers tailored for tradeshow attendees. Ensure the stand is visually impactful, professional, and represents brand values. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and set-up to deliver a seamless customer experience. Brand Liaison & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partner brands to negotiate offers, secure high-quality content, and align promotional activities. Work closely with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are cohesive, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, social media content, and e-brochure interactions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on digital content, social media, and campaign management. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience collaborating with external brands and design teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools. Experience in event planning or tradeshows is an advantage.
