Care Coordinator
Location: Complex, Derby
Salary: £27,500
A complex care provider is currently looking to recruit a Care Operations Co-Ordinator to add to their existing team due to internal promotion.
The role is to effectively manage and support teams of care staff to deliver exceptional service to our clients based throughout the East & West Midlands.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring that enough staff are recruited to deliver the service.
2. Managing compliance of the workforce in line with company and regulatory requirements.
3. Participating in the on-call escalation rota.
4. Carrying out day-to-day tasks as required to ensure the best service provision possible to clients and staff.
5. Keeping in-house software up to date at all times.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or health and social care is a must. Good communication skills in both written and verbal formats, the ability to think pragmatically, and a can-do attitude are also required for the role.
Due to the nature of the role, being a car driver is a must.
