Eames Consulting are working with a reputable personal lines insurer on the appointment of an Insurance Performance Manager to be based in any of the following locations: York, Bristol, Norwich, London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Design and implement strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
* Take ownership of portfolio performance, driving profitability through key initiatives.
* Lead, engage, and motivate both direct and virtual teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* Analyse various sources of information to make informed decisions and take action.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable understanding of the personal lines insurance market whilst delivering exceptional customer and commercial improvements to drive the business forward.
