Our client based in Omagh is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
Main duties will include:
- Opening, distributing and processing of post, filing, photocopying and circulation of NICTS literature within the office
- Processing cases onto ICOS in accordance with desk instructions, regulations or custom and practice
- Use of IT systems for preparation of letters and minutes, email facilities and diary management
- Dealing with general telephone enquiries
- Dealing with members of the public and legal profession within the court environment
- Preparing documentation and files for court including judicial lists;
- Records Management duties including filing
- Ensuring that all confidential information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies; and
- Processing cases onto ICOS in accordance with desk instructions, regulations or custom and practice;
- Liaising with a wide range of court users on a daily basis;
- Recording results onto ICOS and the processing of orders following court;
- Preparing and issuing court documents in accordance with operational targets/ standards.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- You will have to undergo a Basic Access NI Check.
- You will have to undergo a CTC (County Terrorism Check)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)

Start Date:
- ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
- Initially duration of 6 months, with further extension if wanted
Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
- Flexi is available
- Post is not suitable for Hybrid working
