Description We are looking for Support Operatives to join us at our Furniture Manufacturing Site in Armthorpe, Doncaster. This is a temporary position. Hourly rate: £11.86 per hour (plus performance bonus) Shift: Monday - Friday, Week 1- 05:30-13:45 / Week 2 - 13:45-22:00 (38.75 hours per week) What does the job involve? This role is supporting the team who are creating our sofas which may include the following: Cushion filling (Manually putting cushion filling into cases) Wood/Timber picking (Using a trolley and pick sheet to pick the required wood/timber) Fabric picking (Select and pick the correct pieces) Packing/ Wrapping sofas (2 person task) Loading/Unloading on and off lorries Experience with handling timber would be preferred This could involve: Working towards targets Using heavy trolleys during your full shift Moving around the warehouse or remain in a stationary position for the duration of your shift Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Completing repetitive tasks Using good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
