Role overview
Working within the Customer Service Help Desk, our Compliance Advisors will be on hand to discuss critical quotes to get equipment up and running. Compliance Advisors are a pivotal part of the HVAC infrastructure, ensuring Customers know the progress of outstanding work, we have an ambition to tell Customers about a repair before the engineer has left the premises.

Key tasks
1. Making outbound calls using quote data to talk Customers about the status of a repair
2. Managing new and existing Customers – ensuring seamless set up
3. Meeting/exceeding KPI’s relating to quote conversion
4. Ensuring order approval to job completion happens in line with Customer expectation
5. Being the voice of the Customer in relation to quote activity and turnaround time to quote
