Base pay range
Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience in an MSP environment to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, play a vital role in our projects team, and help deliver outstanding IT solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide escalation support for complex service tickets
* Manage and complete client onboarding and infrastructure setup with minimal guidance
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet SLAs and deadlines
* Collaborate with the projects team to deliver high-quality IT solutions
* Diagnose and troubleshoot M365 issues (Exchange, SharePoint, tenant management)
* Configure networking equipment (routers, access points, switches)
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years’ experience in an MSP environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience with client onboarding and infrastructure projects
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting M365 issues (Exchange, SharePoint, tenants)
* Ability to configure networking equipment (routers, access points, switches)
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity (Cyber Essentials experience is a plus)
* Must live within commuting distance of our office
* Own transport required for occasional client site visits
Working Hours: Onsite - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
