Key Responsibilities In this senior role, you will take ownership of complex projects, support team development, and build client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Leading tree surveys and assessments in line with BS 5837:2012 and other relevant standards. Overseeing the preparation of technical documents, including Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Arboricultural Method Statements, and Tree Protection Plans. Conducting advanced tree health assessments, risk evaluations, and hazard surveys. Providing expert advice to clients, guiding them through arboricultural challenges. Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the highest quality standards. Supporting and mentoring junior arboriculturists and contributing to team development. Assisting in business development through client engagement and proposal preparation.Required Skills and Experience To thrive in this role, you will need: A Level 4 in arboriculture. Significant consultancy experience, including managing projects, preparing reports, and advising clients. Expert knowledge of BS 5837:2012 and related arboricultural standards. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Desirable Attributes Chartered status or membership in a professional body such as the Arboricultural Association or the Royal Forestry Society. Experience in ecological or conservation projects, offering a multidisciplinary perspective.
