We are currently supporting a high-profile international Asset Management company based in Canary Wharf who are actively recruiting for an Analyst to join their HR Services team.
This role is office based Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm and they are offering a salary range of £45000 - 55000 plus bonus.
The primary responsibility is to ensure quality customer service to both employees and the larger global HR team.
They are looking for an experienced, proactive, and hardworking HR Services Analyst who has worked for a global company on their HR Service Desk and has experience of managing an in-house HR case management ticketing system. This will include triaging incoming work and resolving tickets.
You will be providing day-to-day HR administrative support in various HR functions such as HRIS, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. They use Workday and experience in this would be highly desirable.
It is a very proactive team and a strong work ethic and the drive to go the extra mile are highly valued attributes.
You will need to:
* have at least 4 years experience in a HR shared services environment
* have worked in a global team
* have experience with an HRIS in a high-volume shared services environment (Workday experience is an asset).
* have experience with a case management system (SolarWinds experience is an asset).
On top of this, your ability to handle confidential information is key. It will suit a team and goal-focused person with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
