Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead
This role as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester Healthcare involves traveling across the region to manage and develop teams in various care homes. Previous experience in a nursing home setting is essential, along with evidence of continual professional development. Experience in assisting residents with various health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and conducting clinical risk assessments is also required. We seek HR experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management understanding, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment. Flexibility and willingness to travel are also necessary due to the nature of this role.
