A bit about the role. Reporting into the People Manager, you will be a key part of the squad. Responsible for partnering with our People Leaders and squad members, delivering a high quality HR service that supports our People Strategy and Company Goals. Based in Blyth near Worksop we have over 600 squad members on site across our manufacturing and fulfilment operations. What you’ll be doing: Coach and support People Leader competency in managing their squad including performance management, development, and engagement Lead Talent Reviews and follow up plans to develop a high performing culture by supporting the Feedback Cycle, development plans and talent mapping Drive key engagement messages through our people leaders and pulse check engagement levels of our squad members through engagement surveys Keeping squad member engagement at the forefront of everything we do and supporting the delivery of high impact engagement plans across all areas A bit about Butternut At Butternut, the mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans all over the World.
