Job Overview:
As the Commercial Director - Security at TMFSS, you will drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing tender processes for high-value security contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of the security industry, strong business acumen, and proven experience in developing partnerships that align with TMFSS's mission to be a leader in security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies targeting high-value clients in the security sector.
* Oversee the tendering process from proposal to submission, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in bids.
* Manage key accounts to maintain high client satisfaction and support renewals and upsells.
* Work closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to align on project feasibility, budgeting, and service delivery. Report on commercial performance metrics to the executive team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years in a commercial or sales role within the security industry, with a proven track record in tendering and client acquisition.
* In-depth knowledge of security solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Strong background in developing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
* Ability to manage complex projects, work within tight deadlines, and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
