The Role: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management. Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for engineers. Shadow colleagues to develop skills and knowledge of the Maintenance & Repair Division. Complete coursework and participate in at least 20% off-the-job training. Maintain accuracy in work-related documentation and follow company policies. Training and Development: Duration of 12-18 months. A mix of practical training, mentoring, and distance education. You will achieve a recognised qualification in Business Administration. Requirements: Minimum GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) in Maths and English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams). Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
