* As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will ensure that excellent customer service is provided.

The Senior Service Desk Engineer role:
* The escalation point for the service desk team.
* Carrying out open incident management to gain quick resolution on SLA.
* Stepping into a shift lead role in the absence of management.
* Mentoring and coaching the teams.
Senior Service Desk Engineer – Essential Skills:
* Experience in a wide product stack including AD, Citrix, Exchange, etc.
* Demonstrable experience working in service management.
* Knowledge of ITIL.
* Ability and experience leading teams.
