Inspire Resourcing Ltd are working with an expanding business who are a distribution firm. Due to additional work loads they are recruiting an Admin Assistant to join their family run business. This is a part time role working Monday to Friday (times are varied depending on circumstances) average 25 hours per week The duties for the Admin Assistant include: reading incoming emails monitoring customer complaints responding to emails using correct templates to respond Working on systems such as Shopify and Microsoft packages An understanding of UPS Shipping is a distinct advantage To be successful in this role you will need to be/have: Attention to details IT literate Excellent customer service Willing to work Monday to Friday The hours of work will generally be 9-3:30 Monday to Friday and you must be able to attend the office.
