Aftercare Customer Service Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - Temp to Perm role

Do you enjoy delivering world-class customer service?
Do you have experience in snags and defects and liaising with contractors?
Are you good at problem solving?
Duties of the Aftercare Customer Service Manager:
* Dealing with high net worth individuals who have moved into a new build
* Conducting pre-completion inspections and handling customer communications
* Handovers and home demonstrations, and dealing with snag and defect management
* Assisting with the process of apartment completions with purchasers or their agents, ensuring the best level of customer experience
Background needed for the Aftercare Customer Service Manager:
* Knowledge of the Property Sector is essential
* Previous experience working with new build properties
* Customer Experience experience
* Handling snags and defects with contractors
