About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager working 30 hours over 4 days. As an Account Manager you are the face of Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service, and product knowledge is delivered on counter each day. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing the team to successfully achieve the account's business plan and targets. Above all, you must be passionate about leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.
About You

You will be enthusiastic about getting the best out of people, motivating others to deliver high standards of performance and creating the right environment to deliver results. You will be passionate and confident in coaching, supporting and developing the team to build skills, competencies, ambitious goals and retail growth.
We are looking for the Account Manager to create new business insights which are turned into plans and actions to drive the counter's KPIs and profitability. You will be an excellent communicator, building positive and effective relationships with colleagues, customers and management.

Our Recruitment Process
On the next screen, you will be asked to complete online questions which will involve customer service situational judgement questions. If you are successful you will be invited for a telephone interview with HR, followed by a face-to-face interview with the line manager.
