I am looking for an Operations Manager to join a Main Contractor on their Local Authority repairs works. The Operations Manager will be responsible for one major contract covering Repairs, Voids, and planned maintenance work schemes up to £12m. This is an office-based position.
Operations Manager Duties:
1. Oversee the delivery of Repairs, Voids, and some Planned maintenance schemes.
2. Responsible for all regional delivery, building and maintaining an effective and motivated team.
3. Lead the division with an operational mindset ensuring the team is aware of contract obligations.
4. Ensure that all projects are set up with company governance maximized, production control in place, and productivity regularly monitored.
5. Work and develop relationships with all key clients to ensure each contract runs in accordance with the brief and meets clients' high expectations.
