You will be responsible for: Providing high-quality, initial assessments and care for acutely ill patients. Coordinating patient transfers to appropriate wards, managing discharges, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team. Supporting emergency day cases and ongoing treatment plans in Ambulatory Care. Acting as the nurse in charge, leading the team and ensuring a smooth workflow.
