This is an exciting opportunity to join our service. The Emergency Duty Team (EDT) is a small bespoke service that responds to emergencies out of hours.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner with proven experience of working within social care. The Assistant Practitioners work over a 6 week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The role will involve carrying out assessments and care and support planning under the Care Act 2014.
