From analysing user behaviour to refining pricing strategies and implementing A/B testing, youll play a crucial role in driving growth.
T he role:
* Optimising the Booking System by enhancing reliability, user experience, and conversion rates.
* Driving Revenue Growth by Identifying upsell opportunities and aligning booking processes with promotions.
* Cross:Functional Collaboration, working closely with marketing, IT, and external vendors to refine the journey.
* Enhancing Customer Experience by gathering insights, minimizing booking friction, and improving user engagement.
Experience:
* Experience in booking system management, CRO, or digital customer experience.
* Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into action.
* Familiarity with booking platforms, payment systems, and integrations.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing, and UX optimization.
* Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industries, CRM automation, or web technologies (HTML, CSS)
