About the Client:
Our client, a leading construction company with an impressive portfolio of residential developments, is embarking on an exciting high-rise residential project in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking a Logistics Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of this project.
The Opportunity:
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations on-site, ensuring that materials are delivered and managed efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong logistics management experience in construction to make a significant impact on a major development.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials.

Coordinate transportation, storage, and handling of materials, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across logistics operations.
*
Manage a team responsible for deliveries and material handling on-site.
*
Track logistics performance and provide solutions to any challenges that arise.
*
Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics management on large-scale construction projects, ideally in high-rise or residential developments.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
*
Experience in supply chain coordination, material handling, and scheduling.
*
Health and safety awareness and understanding of relevant regulations.
*
Relevant tickets and certifications (e.g. CSCS, First Aid, etc.) are essential.
