The Role:
Own the design, deployment, and optimisation of CA Service Desk (CASD) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions for the Ministry of Defence. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll install, configure, and fine-tune CASD - ensuring seamless service management in a mission-critical, secure environment.
You’ll automate workflows, integrate APIs, and develop data feeds that provide decision-makers with an enterprise-wide view of IT assets. Working within a multi-skilled agile team, you’ll take full ownership of work packages, from design through to production, ensuring smooth transitions and providing ongoing support
