Make a Difference: SEN Driving Learning Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join Transforming Futures Trust. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping young people with SEN gain skills and confidence in and outside the classroom.
About the Role:
* Provide tailored support to learners with SEN, both in the classroom and during practical driving lessons.
* Develop positive and trusting relationships with learners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with driving instructors, parents/carers and other professionals to create personalised learning plans.
* Contribute to the assessment of learners' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of learner progress.
* Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to individual needs and learning styles.
