Band 6 Project Manager - ICCR - Community Transformation
The role of the Project Manager will be pivotal in supporting senior leads across Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) deliver a significant programme of change. Working within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and with partners Forward Thinking Birmingham (part of the Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital), the individual will work to engage with our key partners and stakeholders including service users in the delivery of strategic projects to ensure the implementation of the overall Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. The individual will work within a small programme team to oversee the delivery of allocated projects.
The post holder will be expected to undertake a number of key projects focusing on the deliverables of the overall programme, focussing on the strategic objectives of the Long Term Plan. The post holder will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously and managing projects through the full life cycle.
The post holder will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge and experience of working in a health care environment, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and proven initiative skills. The post holder needs to be able to motivate others to achieve positive outcomes, meet deadlines and objectives.
