We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school on a Full Time basis starting ASAP. The school is based in Cambridge and will involve providing support within a mainstream school setting.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEN children is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as they will help you build positive relationships with children and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach are vital for supporting children's learning and well-being. A strong understanding of various special needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities, is required. While relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent, are preferred, they are not mandatory.
