As a Trainee Insolvency Case Administrator, you will be working alongside a team of experts in the field of Insolvency, providing support on a wide range of cases by delivering a unique service to creditors and those affected by insolvency. In return for your high levels of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive unrivalled support and training to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.
Your role will include:
1. Responsibility for the day-to-day case management of an insolvency caseload with the assistance and guidance of senior members of staff
2. Complex investigation work to ascertain the asset and liability position in relation to an insolvent identity with the assistance and guidance of senior members of staff
3. Draft initial letters, reports and correspondence to all stakeholders
4. Producing accurate and relevant information and documents for each case
5. Dealing with routine and challenging communications with a range of external stakeholders
6. Maintaining all elements of each case file ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
This role is well-suited for someone with a background in Finance, Business, Law, or related fields, whether through A-Level, a degree, or other educational or professional experiences. While formal qualifications can be beneficial, they are not essential, and we welcome applicants from a variety of educational and career backgrounds who have relevant skills and a strong interest in the role.
