Assisting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and ASD. Working on a 1-1 or small group basis with children across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Encouraging learning and development through tailored support strategies. Collaborating with staff to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs. Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or TA in a UK school. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and working with SEND children. Previous experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and ASD. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Ability to work effectively in Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) settings.
