What You'll Do:
1. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of ABM programs targeting key enterprise accounts in priority sectors such as utilities, transportation, and energy.
2. Build and scale multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver qualified pipeline for Sales.
3. Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams to align on target accounts, buyer personas, campaign execution, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
4. Leverage Copperleaf’s MarTech stack (including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and others) to develop, track, and optimize account engagement and campaign performance.
5. Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling messaging and content tailored to buyer needs and industry challenges.
6. Lead and grow a high-performing team of marketers focused on acquisition, ABM, and campaign execution.
7. Define key success metrics and consistently report on ROI, funnel performance, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM and/or demand generation efforts targeting enterprise accounts.
2. Solid leadership experience in demand generation and content marketing, preferably with Account Based Marketing (ABM) accreditation, or experience in setting up ABM global framework and service.
3. Experience in the B2B software or SaaS space—ideally in critical infrastructure, utilities, or asset-intensive industries.
4. Desirable experience includes marketing to asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing.
5. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the enterprise buying committee.
6. Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
7. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
8. Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
