Hays are pleased to be working with a leader in the construction industry to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
1. Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic support and advice in relation to recruitment
2. Source candidates and build talent pipelines
3. Manage the recruitment process from end to end
4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
5. Where needed, manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
6. Manage international recruitment ensuring visa requirements are met
7. Update recruitment database
8. Analyse and implement process improvements
9. Produce and monitor Time to Hire and other recruitment KPI's
10. Work closely with the wider HR team
What you'll need to succeed
1. 3 years or more recruitment experience with experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns, ideally within a construction, manufacturing or engineering company.
2. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
3. Demonstrable experience of ensuring "best practice" recruitment methods
4. Previous experience of online recruitment systems
5. Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above to include Maths and English
