Accommodation Manager What we need in a nutshell We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to take charge of our accommodation cleaning team. Someone who will ensure our accommodation sparkles, while keeping the team motivated and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What you’ll be doing We’re not your typical holiday company. Our guests visit our UK resorts to escape the ordinary and create unforgettable memories, and it’s our job to surprise and delight them every step of the way. As a key member of the park management team, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our accommodation delivers that “wow” factor every time. This important role will include: Managing and inspiring supervisors and their teams. Empowering supervisors to handle complaints and queries, while offering your support when needed. Working closely with other managers to ensure our guests have an outstanding holiday experience. Overseeing budgets, recruitment, and workload planning to maintain low staff turnover and keep costs under control. Leading by example—whether that means rolling up your sleeves when necessary or delegating effectively to help your team grow. And one last thing… holidays are all about the peak times, so you’ll need to work your magic during bank holidays too Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need We’ll provide specific park training, but here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: Senior management experience in a practical, fast-paced environment. A leadership style that’s approachable and supportive but commands respect. Strong planning and organizational skills to manage large teams, training schedules, and workloads.
